Château Queen by Bower Boutique Hotels

Chateau Queen is a great spot when in a pinch. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Usually the check in process is quite smooth and you receive your codes within the hour. This time, however, there was quite a bit of noise outside which made sleeping a bit difficult. The parking is spacious though and for the price, is quite a good place to stay if needed.

This little gem is within walking distance of restaurants, pubs, and a Starbucks. It is half the cost and double the comfort of most hotels. Our stay included water, coffee, toiletries and even an umbrella for local outings. We did not use the complimentary laundry soap, but it was appreciated nonetheless. A full kitchen, seating area and storage for all your things could come in handy for a longer stay. The hosts were prompt and courteous in their text messaging. If we ever come back to Moncton, this will be the stay we choose.

Room was great. Location to downtown is perfect. Wifi would not work for us. Customer service was advised and confirmed it was working by housekeeping however we couldn’t connect during our stay. Only 1 wine glass but that was also remedied for us. Customer service was very quick to respond to our concerns.

This is like a home away from home. Full sized stove, oven, fridge and microwave. An apartment sized water and dryer as well.

would rate this place 6 if possible, the stay was really great the room was completely equipped with everything and very very comfortable, i travel alot but it was really one of my best stay, would recommend this place to everyone who is coming to moncton

Reviews are not always our thing - love read of them but don’t always leave one - most especially if others have already said the same thing. BUT the Bower on Queen was amazing. Everything we needed and more - and such a lovely surprise to be in downtown Moncton. All at a great value. They are a must stay - we will never stay anywhere in Moncton but a Bower property.

Room was fantastic! Very clean and had everything we needed. Parking on site, which was great. Close to many restaurants, cafés. Easy and clear instructions for checking in and accessing the building and the room. We were very comfortable. Definitely will book here again.

Fantastic location, helpful staff on the phone, and a very well appointed room. A bit confusing on how to get inside - we had the code but no instructions on which door to actually use. Other guests who had had the same problem helped us. The parking felt like a cash grab which left a bad taste - we were automatically charged and had to call to reverse that. We parked down the street for free but the inn has a huge parking lot so the charges of $17 felt unnecessary.
